The services offered at the ValleyCare Health Center, Elm Road, are proudly accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The Center for Radiology is also certified by the American College of Radiology.
Center for Radiology

Offering support to assist physicians in diagnosing patients, the Center for Radiology at ValleyCare Health Center, Elm Road provides medical imaging services. Medical imaging services include:

• MRI
• DEXA Bone Densitomertry (Osteoporosis)
• Mammography
• Spiral CT
• Ultrasound
• Fluoroscopy
• General Radiology (X-ray)
• PET Scan
  

Patients must bring a physician’s prescription for the test. Results will be forwarded to patient’s physician.

The Center for Radiology is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon.

Center for Rehabilitation at ValleyCare Health Center, Elm Road

Center for Rehabilitation at ValleyCare Health Center, Elm Road is part of ValleyCare’s Rehabilitation Services, the area’s largest proactive network of rehabilitation facilities. The facility features a spacious therapy area, an expanded gym, exercise equipment, a hydrotherapy room with therapeutic pool and additional rehabilitation equipment.

The center is staffed by licensed therapists providing quality physical, occupational, hand, and aquatic therapy, pediatric, industrial rehabilitation, work simulation and conditioning, function capacity evaluations, sports medicine and other specialized services. The Center for Rehabilitation also offers patients case management and wellness services.

The Center for Rehabilitation is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Center for Surgery
Housed at ValleyCare Health Center, Elm Road, the Trumbull Memorial Hospital Center for Surgery features four operating rooms, an eye laser treatment room, dermatology laser treatment room, a lab draw site, pre-testing and a post-op area to treat patients in the community. Providing innovative medical treatments, the Center for Surgery features state-of-the-art equipment and a staff of medical professionals committed to your health and well-being.
